You must be at least 18 years old to use Meet Me Halfway. By accessing or using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Meet Me Halfway to:

Share nudity, sexually explicit material, or adult content
Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
Share content involving minors in any sexual context
Distribute spam, malware, or engage in any automated or bot-based activity
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

3. How It Works

Meet Me Halfway connects two random users via a peer-to-peer (WebRTC) video and text chat. Your audio and video travel directly between browsers and are not stored or processed by our servers. We only relay the connection signals necessary to establish the peer connection.

4. Reporting and Moderation

You can report abusive users using the Report button during any session. We review reports and may ban users who violate these terms. If you observe illegal content, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature.

5. Privacy

We collect minimal technical information (IP address, session metadata) for security and abuse prevention. We do not require an account, and we do not sell personal data. Your video and audio are transmitted peer-to-peer and never recorded or stored by us.

6. Disclaimer

Meet Me Halfway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of any user during chat sessions. Use this service at your own discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
